Alexa, originally hailing from Boston, MA, made a significant move to Miami in 2022, marking a new chapter in her life. With a background in commercial real estate banking, she found her true passion in fitness and coaching. Her journey began with a transformative experience at GluteHouse, where the community spirit ignited her desire to contribute. Impressed by the strong sense of camaraderie and support fostered by Adam, she was inspired to help others achieve their fitness goals and enhance their personal well-being.

Alexa's fitness philosophy centers on the importance of personal well-being and the sense of peace that comes from regular physical activity. She believes in the power of working out not just for physical benefits but also for mental strength, enabling her to show up as her best self for others. Specializing in helping clients find their mind-muscle connection, she enjoys experimenting with different cues and celebrating their progress. Building meaningful relationships with her clients and the GluteHouse team is a highlight of her coaching career, as she values the personal connections and the supportive community.

Outside the gym, Alexa leads a vibrant and active lifestyle. She loves dancing, trying new recipes, enjoying cocktails with friends, and beach napping plus she recently started taking padel lessons. Alexa is also passionate about debunking fitness myths, such as the misconception that lifting heavy weights is only for men, and believes in crafting personalized fitness solutions for her clients.
