  • GluteHouse is the membership-only training sanctuary you have long searched for. A one-stop shop for your strength training needs with done-for-you programming that makes it easy for you to just show up and focus on giving your 60 minute workout your all. We combine the best aspects of personal training and group fitness to give you the tools to get the aesthetic transformation you are looking for. The days of trying to figure out what movements to do and how many sets and reps of each are over. All workouts are pre-determined, before you even arrive at GluteHouse to start training - you are going to know the exact movements you will be doing and how many sets and reps of each to complete.

  • Our membership includes FOUR targeted training sessions each week— two focusing on lower body and glutes and two honing in on upper body and core.

  • Our Training App in combination with a Floor Coach is the catalyst for your success. Prior to each workout, you will access instructional movement videos to give you a basic understanding of each movement you will be doing for your upcoming training. Once at the gym, a Floor Coach is here to help with all the important stuff; answering questions, improving form, enhancing technique, helping you figure out what weights to use and teaching you about utilizing progressive overload properly.

    Knowing your training plan is one thing, but even better, you never have to worry about a machine being available for use. We have two members start their training every ten minutes (training sessions are booked through our app) and you will move to a new station every ten minutes. Each station has two machines, so when you arrive at each station, a clean machine is awaiting your arrival!

  • We structure our workouts to optimize your training with a mix of GluteHouse (Lower Body) and ShredHouse (Upper Body) sessions each week. GluteHouse and ShredHouse sessions run simultaneously in two different areas of the gym. Here’s how it works:

    Complete GluteHouse Workout ‘A’ and ShredHouse Workout ‘A’: Any two days out of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

    Complete GluteHouse Workout ‘B’ and ShredHouse Workout ‘B’: Any two days out of Thursday, Friday, Saturday and **Sunday.

    **ShredHouse is not offered on Sundays

    For Example:

    Monday: GluteHouse Workout 'A'

    Tuesday: ShredHouse Workout 'A'

    Thursday: ShredHouse Workout 'B'

    Saturday: GluteHouse Workout 'B'

    • Come to GluteHouse for your Consultation - learn how we do things, get a tour of the gym, chat about your goals and past training successes and shortcomings, discuss how we are going to help you with your goals and review membership options.

  • Your GluteHouse App contains all the essential information needed for each upcoming workout:

    • Weekly Mindset - best practices for strategically going up in weight.

    • The movements you will be completing at each station.

    • A video of each movement where a GluteHouse coach explains how to complete each movement with proper form - as if you were getting coached by a Personal Trainer.

    • Notes about each movement that include the number of sets and reps you will complete of each movement, how long to rest for after each set and a summary of each video.

    • Once you arrive at GluteHouse and you are ready to start training, you will be able to record all your reps and weights in the same app - which keeps a full history of each lift. This ensures that we are continuously making progress and gives you the information needed to make good decisions about going up in weight for each workout.

  • Your Floor Coach is going to help you figure out the right weights to use! They will also teach you how to go up in weight properly and how to utilize our signature 'Easy, Medium, Hard Test' to determine when and how much to go up in weight.

  • Yes! Our program runs on cycles and a cycle is a four week block of training. Each cycle, some movements repeat every week while others will repeat bi-weekly. As the cycle progresses, so does the intensity we bring to each workout. Each week of the cycle, we will give you a Weekly Mindset on how we want you to approach going up in weight and the intensity for the given workout. The Weekly Mindset provides you with a big picture overview while the ‘Easy. Medium, Hard Test’ will be utilized for each set you do.

  • Yes and no. Some of the lifts will repeat each week where others will vary slightly. We will go into more detail during your Consultation - but the goal is to give you enough variety to keep things fun, fresh and exciting but, be strategic with the amount of variety to ensure you are making significant progress through the course of a cycle.

  • First, do not expect to be an expert the first time you do a movement. Perfecting your form takes patience, trial and error and trying different setups. When in doubt, ask your Floor Coach for assistance. We are here to help you and we are most happy when we can work together to get your form just right!


    If your Floor Coach sees you doing a movement incorrectly, we will fix it - that being said, oftentimes a movement will visually look right to your coach, but you might feel something off. In this scenario, communication with your Floor Coach is essential.! Call us over and ask for some help! That is what we are here for!

  • Ideally, you are taking at least two days of rest between lower body workouts. If you are crazy sore, especially at the start of your GluteHouse journey, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!!! Plain and simple, if your body is telling you to give it a break, give it a damn break!

  • It happens, just move on. Rome was not built in a day and your ass certainly won’t change for the better or worse from missing a few workouts! Stop thinking so micro and focus on the bigger picture. Over the course of a year, you can complete 104 lower body, GluteHouse workouts - you are going to miss some here and there. Aim for overall consistency, getting 80-90% of your training done. This is  beyond sufficient to get the results you desire.

  • We love our clients that are new to strength training! You are a clean slate and we can teach you proper form from the get-go! You will be coming into the gym with a basic understanding of each movement from the videos you will review before each session and because you have the basic understanding already, the Floor Coach will be able to refine your form/technique and ensure you are doing each movement correctly.

    If you rather get comfortable with each machine in a One-on-One setting before you start with a membership, Technique Personal Training Sessions are available at a discounted rate! During your Consultation, mention that you would like to start with a few technique sessions!

  • We do not offer intro sessions at GluteHouse. Our philosophy: the results you’re looking for won’t be found in one session.

    Since we do things very differently at our gym and are all about results, the best way to get the most out of your GluteHouse experience is by coming in for a Consultation to see what we are all about!

  • Yes! To purchase a Drop-In Session for $50, please call us or text us at (786) 933-4421. Upon getting in contact and booking your session, you will receive a text message with information on how to make the most out of your training session.

  • We work with a select group of influencers and content creators. If you are interested in applying for our GluteHouse Ambassador Program please fill out this form.

  • All Memberships Include FOUR Workout Sessions Per Week

  • Over 99% of our members are female. Men interested in training at GluteHouse must be referred by a current member.

  • Yes, many of our coaches offer personal training at GluteHouse. To see our team of trainers, please click here and complete the form for the coach you’re interested in working with.

  • Everybody is different and we love that about our members! No one wants to hear the answer of ‘it depends’. What we can guarantee is that you are going to start feeling stronger and more confident in the gym within your first cycle of training with us! After three cycles, you should start noticing physical changes to your body; assuming you are pushing yourself appropriately, staying consistent with your training and utilizing progressive overload in the ways that we will teach you.

    If driving, park in Lot 38 or valet. You can valet at the Mint Building. Please note, we do not validate for valet parking. Most GluteHouse clients park in Lot 38, which is located on SW 3rd St., directly across the street from the Riverfront Complex. 

    If walking or parking in Lot 38, walk through the Riverfront Security gate and walk directly back to the river (towards Brickell). You will pass the Wind building on your left and Ivy and Mint on your right. Continue to the back of Mint (second building on the right) and you will find our front door, facing Brickell City Centre and the Miami River.

  • You do not need to do any additional strength training outside of your GluteHouse workouts. 

    If you want to compliment your GluteHouse training with pilates, yoga, cycling or any other group class, go for it - as long as it does not negatively impact your GluteHouse training!

  • GluteHouse members on a six-cycle or one-year commitment are able to freeze their membership one time during their agreement for 4-12 weeks and we do not charge to freeze.
