Grace Sorenson, originally from Nashville, Tennessee, now flourishing in Miami, has carved a niche for herself in the fitness industry, inspired by her early years as a competitive dancer. Her journey into fitness coaching is driven by a profound passion for witnessing the personal growth and burgeoning confidence of those she trains.

Grace views fitness as a therapeutic journey, crucial for both the mind and body, emphasizing its role in overall well-being. Specializing in glute training, she ensures that her clients not only perform each movement correctly but also feel it in the right spot for optimal growth. Her favorite part of coaching is the personalization process—understanding that each body is unique and tailoring workouts to meet individual needs.
