Early in her fitness pursuits, Jayden encountered numerous setbacks due to misguided advice, which fueled her desire to become a reliable source of guidance for others. Specializing in nutrition for hormonal health and body composition goals, Jayden offers expertise in cycle-syncing nutrition and exercise. Her favorite aspect of being a coach is educating clients and translating complex scientific concepts into actionable advice that empowers individuals to pursue the best version of themselves. Jayden advises those struggling with their fitness journey to keep things simple, focus on making one good decision at a time, and practice patience.
Outside of coaching, Jayden enjoys hiking and camping, activities that align with her passion for staying active. She is against the notion that losing weight requires extreme calorie restriction and believes that many women she works with need to eat more to achieve their desired results. If not she wasn’t a coach, Jayden would pursue a career in environmental health, focusing on controlling vector-borne disease transmission.
